The price includes shipping fees to the recipient’s home.
Distribution of citrus fruit baskets shipments at the beginning of December.
Orders received starting in November will be distributed to their destination for Hanukkah and Christmas.
Gifts without citrus fruit are sent throughout the year and all over the world.
Gifts containing alcohol cannot be shipped to Canada and Norway.
There are destinations to which honey cannot be sent (it will be replaced with jam).
Recipient involvement may be required to accept the gift.
In the event that the ordered item is sold out, we may replace it with another similar product of equal or higher value.
We are responsible for delivering the item to the address provided
This warranty does not apply to an incorrect or incomplete address that includes a zip code, mobile phone and personal email (no delivery to a postal address).
It is mandatory to attach the mobile number and personal email of the recipient in order to coordinate delivery.
Non-delivery for reasons that are our responsibility will entitle the customer to pre-agreed compensation of a refund of the order amount or a replacement box.
The prices on the website are valid at the time of placing the order.
The prices of the gifts are linked to the exchange rate of the euro and the dollar which will not be less than 3.7.
Currently, it is not possible to send gifts to Russia and Ukraine.
Prices for countries not mentioned can be inquired by phone or e-mail.

To destinations: Uganda United Kingdom, Australia, Iceland, Argentina, Mauritius, China, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Chile, Colombia, Cameroon, Kenya, Reunion and Thailand, there may be a customs charge that will be collected only if the shipment is charged.
